3. Once item is ordered, backing out is not allowed.
(or you will be blacklisted.)
4. Owner has the right to cancel your order if you do not meet the requirements.
5. Meet ups only at Sengkang, at my convenience.
6. Concealed cash payment is at your very own risk.
7. Please wait patiently for your items.
8. If meet up is not at Sengkang, there is a $3 surecharge!
